WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe all people are impacted by their environment, culture, experiences, and belief system, and that our goals, challenges, and successes are all connected to these facets of life. I have been trained from a family-systems perspective, which means that I often incorporate a variety of approaches including attachment theory, motivational interviewing, family systems theory, narrative therapy, and multiculturalism. We will openly discuss the type of treatment that best meets your needs.

As a therapist, I see my role as a collaborative facilitator of change. I recognize the unique challenges of each individual and system and seek to integrate emotions, thoughts, and actions to enable fuller, happier lives. I seek to join with you in a respectful way that acknowledges your own wisdom in a supportive environment.
